Where is Pro Motors Service located?
We’re located at 45 N Franklin Street in downtown Zeeland, MI, right at the corner of Franklin and Washington, across the street from the car park by the carwash. We serve drivers from Zeeland, Allendale, Grandville, Hamilton, Holland, Hudsonville and throughout West Michigan.
What are your hours?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
How do I schedule an appointment?

Yes — we service all makes and models, foreign and domestic.

Yes. All of our technicians are certified, and several team members have niche expertise. Our team draws on our decades of experience to support the West Michigan area.

Brakes
How do I know if my brakes need to be replaced?
Common signs include squeaking or grinding noises, a soft or spongy pedal, vibrations when braking, your vehicle pulling to one side or a brake warning light on your dashboard.
How often should I have my brakes inspected?
We recommend annual brake inspections for most drivers. If you do a lot of highway driving or notice any of the signs above, bring it in sooner.
What brake services do you offer?
We handle brake pad replacement and inspection, brake fluid checks and top-offs, brake fluid leak detection and repair, and brake hose inspection and replacement.
Oil Changes
How often should I get an oil change?
Every 3,000 to 5,000 miles for conventional oil and every 7,500 to 10,000 miles for synthetic oil. Check your owner’s manual for your vehicle’s specific recommendation.
What is included in an oil change at Pro Motors?
Every oil change includes an oil and filter replacement, fluid checks and top-offs, a multi-point inspection and a tire pressure check.
Tire Services
How often should I rotate my tires?
We recommend rotating your tires every 5,000 to 7,500 miles to promote even wear and extend their life.
What brands of tires do you carry?
We carry Michelin, Hankook, BF Goodrich, Falken, Goodyear, Cooper and any other brand available.
How do I know if I need new tires?
Signs include uneven wear, low tread depth, vibrations while driving or visible damage. Our team can inspect your tires and let you know where they stand.
Other Services
What are signs my vehicle needs a tune-up?
Signs include a decrease in fuel efficiency, rough idling, difficulty starting, a check engine light or it’s been more than 30,000 miles since your last tune-up.
What does a computer diagnostic involve?
Our team connects to your vehicle’s onboard computer system to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes and view live data from your vehicles computers.
How do I know if my A/C needs to be recharged?
If your A/C is blowing warm air or just isn’t cooling the way it used to, it may need a recharge or have a leak. Bring it in and we’ll inspect the system and let you know what it needs.
What are signs of a suspension problem?
Common signs include your vehicle pulling to one side, bouncing excessively over bumps, uneven tire wear or difficulty steering.
